These terms cover the One-Bet educational analysis, portfolio monitoring beta, founding advisor beta, and current concierge risk-diagnostic service. By using Corrly, you agree to use each on that basis.

Educational information only
Corrly provides historical, mathematical descriptions of portfolio behavior. It is not a broker, fiduciary, registered investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Corrly does not recommend securities or tell you to buy, sell, or hold an investment.
No promise of outcomes
Historical correlations, volatility, drawdowns, and hypothetical reweightings can change and may not reflect future results. Data can be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, or wrong. A lower historical volatility estimate does not guarantee lower future risk, returns, or losses.
Beta availability
Corrly may change, pause, limit, or discontinue its website, monitoring, advisor beta, or concierge workflow during the beta. Monitoring runs on a schedule rather than continuously, and delivery of an email alert is not guaranteed. Do not rely on Corrly for time-sensitive decisions or loss prevention. The platform interfaces shown on the website describe a future product direction; they are not a promise that those software features are currently available.
Advisor and concierge use
Concierge diagnostics are prepared for review by the requesting financial professional. The advisor remains responsible for client authorization, the accuracy and lawful use of submitted information, suitability analysis, recommendations, and all client-facing decisions. Corrly's calculations and written materials do not replace the advisor's professional judgment, supervision, recordkeeping, or compliance obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or use automated traffic that harms availability or vendor quotas. You are responsible for the information you enter and for your own investment decisions.
Ownership and feedback
Corrly and its original site content remain owned by Corrly and its licensors. You may use analysis output prepared from information you submit for your own personal purposes or, if you are an advisor, within your authorized professional workflow. If you send product feedback, Corrly may use it without an obligation to compensate you.
